Poinciana questions, answered
Common questions from Poinciana customers about repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services.
Do you have a shop in Poinciana?
No Poinciana shop, but Haines City is close by at 31600 U.S. 27, about 12 miles away. Our digital inspections put photos of your vehicle on your phone, so you can look at what the tech found before you decide on anything, and that's usually what makes the short drive worth it.
Can I leave it for the day?
That's fine, and for anything more involved it's often the easier way to do it. Call Haines City ahead of time so we can tell you what the schedule looks like and when you can realistically expect it back.
Do you get many customers from Poinciana?
Yes, Poinciana drivers are part of the regular crowd at Haines City. At around 12 miles it's a short enough trip that people come back for their maintenance instead of just the emergencies.
Can you handle everything, or do I need a second shop?
One shop covers it. Brakes, engine, transmission, AC, tires, maintenance, and diagnostics are all done in house by ASE certified techs, backed by our 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty. Schedule by phone or online.
