Great shop & great team, from service writers to the mechanics. Although I live in Winter Haven, I chose this location because they are specifically equipped to handle my F350 dually. Since then I have been bringing my other vehicle (an older ford ranger) to Mike & his team when I need repairs. Recently my timing chains began to rattle on my ford ranger so I contacted Mike & Rebecca to see if they would be able to get the job done for me. They gave me a quote, got my truck in & repaired within 1 full work day. They provided photos of each step of the repairs they did (at my request) & emailed gladly them to me. Rebecca drove me home when I dropped my truck off, & they updated me on their progress by text while they were doing the repairs. They also notified me by text as soon as my truck was done & ready to go. Mike & his team do an excellent job & strive very diligently to take care of customers with pride, courtesy, & outstanding professionalism that other shops don’t provide these days.

This was my first visit to Johnny’s as I recently moved to Florida from Ohio. I had a year’s long relationship with a shop up north that really dialed in on my service needs. I have a Ford Transit that is a business vehicle and requires frequent maintenance. I was really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail I received from the folks at Johnny’s. They provided the requested service and made me aware of what was on the horizon. And importantly, they didn’t try to upsell me! I had requested an alignment and they told me I didn’t need one. They could have charged me for something I didn’t need and didn’t. Much appreciated relationship building there! And the long stem yellow rose left on the dash for my wife was over the top! We’ll definitely be back!!

They've been taken care of my 2009 Ford Fusion for the last 2 to 3 years and they have done an excellent job in maintaining my 17 year old car which runs like a brand new car. And it's a blessing to deal with Rebecca, she's always on top of things

I drove by all the time, Then I bought a 2014 mustang. Needed to have it checked out! They did a great job going over what it needed and they were very nice and talked me through everything . Aaron was the service Gentleman. The place is amazing and I trust them to do my service from now on.
