Ford Service in Lake Wales, FL

Great shop & great team, from service writers to the mechanics. Although I live in Winter Haven, I chose this location because they are specifically equipped to handle my F350 dually. Since then I have been bringing my other vehicle (an older ford ranger) to Mike & his team when I need repairs. Recently my timing chains began to rattle on my ford ranger so I contacted Mike & Rebecca to see if they would be able to get the job done for me. They gave me a quote, got my truck in & repaired within 1 full work day. They provided photos of each step of the repairs they did (at my request) & emailed gladly them to me. Rebecca drove me home when I dropped my truck off, & they updated me on their progress by text while they were doing the repairs. They also notified me by text as soon as my truck was done & ready to go. Mike & his team do an excellent job & strive very diligently to take care of customers with pride, courtesy, & outstanding professionalism that other shops don’t provide these days.

Shawn and Sahra recently helped me with some repairs on my 2008 mustang. Felt like I was pulling out in a 2023. Car felt smoother than ever!

Was having major problems with my fuel system on my 04 Super duty. Took it in to Johnny’s. They diagnosed the issue and repairs needed in just a few hours. Completed the repairs and it’s running like new. They were all very knowledgeable professionals and have definitely gained a new customer with my wife and I. I highly recommend this business.

Recently took my F150 to Johnny's in Lake Wales to have a tune up and an oil change. And I got to say the facilities were amazing, nice and Clean the front desk was super helpful and communicative. I received updates on the work progress and when I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised by the price. The truck runs great I highly recommend this shop.
