Johnny's Automotive in Winter Haven

I only allow Johnny's automotive to work on my car - Mercedes Benz C300 (well maintained and always kept clean) Im very selective on who I allow to service my car, and Johnny's Automotive exceeds all of my expectations. Walking into the lobby feels good. Its clean, inviting, and they treat you like youre a real friend, even from my first visit. I recently had an emergency and was going to drop my car off with a plan to call them at 9am. Upon arrival, I noticed they looked like they were open. I took my chances, opened the door and pleasantly surprised, they were open. It was right around 7am. Since Im an essential employee, I needed to report for duty asap. Johnny's got my car repaired in a time of urgency and got me back on schedule. I certainly had a unique situation for them, and yet, they still exceeded expectations. I will only allow Johnny's Automotive to service my car because of who they are, what they stand for and how they treat their customers. They are truly a one of a kind automotive shop. Im not an easy to person to please but they've got me. All smiles here. I gladly give then a 5 star review. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended. Final thought.. I go to the Winter Haven location and although the lounge is smaller, it's always clean and welcoming. I dont want to leave even after my car is ready. Thanks again for taking care of my urgent repair in such a timely fashion. Im truly grateful for your service and upholding your values. Phenomenal.

The guys Jeff and his assistant are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and kept us informed of what was needed for our vehicle. We really felt like they cared about our car and treated us with respect as valued customers. They kept us informed of the status of our car without having to chase them down like at other mechanic/repair shops. In addition, Jeff and his staff even gave us a loaner car until the repairs were completed on our car. We will definitely come back for maintenance and any time we have car issues. This shop has been around for six years and is clean, have rest rooms, and snacks for their customers( which my husband loves to indulge ever time we visit). WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I’ve had a rattling in my car for ages that only got worse yesterday after it rained a bunch and I went over some deep puddles. When I took it to them they checked it for free and figured out it was my exhaust shield that was knocked loose. They removed it and did the job for free since I wasn’t replacing anything. The job was quick and I was in and out the store, I was very satisfied with everything. They even gave me a quote when they noticed my tires needed to be replaced so I’ll more likely than not go back to them for that service as well. The staff are all very friendly and the waiting room is nice as well.

Ms. Cece, Mr. Art, Mr. Jeffrey and the entire Johnny's Automotive family are wonderful people, experienced and exhibit the utmost pride in their work and professionalism. I took my wife's 2017 Lincoln MKC to the one place that I knew would take care of my wife's car. It's her main drive and she's going back and forth from Winter Haven to Tampa almost daily. Johnny's Automotive and team probably saved me thousands of dollar in an unnecessary (for now) turbo repair for what turned out to be a vacuum leak affecting my wife's cars power and check engine status. Full break service has left her car braking smooth. She's now happy and most importantly, reassured, that she'll be safe in her car. You can't put a $$$ on that kind of peace of mind, for both my wife and myself. Thanks Cece, Art, Jeff and team! We'll be back next lil change to do tune-up and leave my wife's car like it was when it rolled off the lot new!

Everyone there is great very friendly very helpful and the work they did on my car was performed flawlessly. Art is a fantastic 5 star technician and I would definitely go to them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

I explained the issue I was having with my vehicle and shared the diagnostic code. I truly appreciated that they were willing to perform a no-cost diagnostic check to confirm that the code was actually related to the problem before moving forward with repairs.
