Good and prompt car service and attentive and cordial personnel
Great experience!! They helped me understand what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. They offer financing which is extremely helpful for the bigger fixes. The whole team is super kind! A very honest and trustworthy company that I will definitely go back too!
Oil change was quick and easy. Hassle free! Highly recommend Johnnys
Nilsen was my service advisor. He was wonderful. Very patient and explained everything. I had to take a call from my grandson while checking out and he was very understanding. My grandson informed me that I was going to be a great grandmother again. The advisors there all pitched in, talking into the phone, to congratulate my grandson and me. It was like having family with me. A truly great experience.
The most esthetically appealing auto shop I've ever seen on top of the most amazing customer service eveeeeeer! They went to bat for me against an oil change place that messed my car up, had free snacks and beverages, a phone charging station aaaaand they even Ubered me back to my hotel. Five stars it's enough for these guys. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had my oil changed and my tire patched. Everything was smooth and the customer service was excellent! 5 Stars!
