The vehicle owner said it felt like bad gas in the vehicle, with jerking, a check engine light on, and lacking power. They asked the shop to check and advise.
During an internal engine inspection, the technician found a major amount of oil in cylinder #2. Before that, our Winter Haven shop ran an initial assessment at no charge, then cleaned the fuel injectors and removed and replaced them. The first injectors quoted and ordered were the wrong ones, so the vehicle owner chose aftermarket injectors to get the vehicle back sooner. With the oil found in cylinder #2, the team recommended engine replacement.

The vehicle owner reported that all the lights came on the dash and the engine sounded slower than normal when in idle.
The technician started with an initial assessment at no charge to look into the dash lights and the slow-sounding idle. The crankshaft position sensor was then removed and replaced, with components removed as required to access and install it. The notes call for the repair to be retested and verified, with a final road test where applicable.
