Again Johnny's rewarded my trust in them. The car had developed a coolant leak, it was manageable but getting worse and would eventually totally fail at the worst possible time. They were able to get me in the afternoon I called and got a loaner. Next day I had my car back fixed. They have always worked with my weird schedule, and the work has always been excellent.

If there was a 10* rating, Johnny's Automotive in Lake Wales would receive it‼️I came there for second opinion on a$1500 quote from other independent people for replacing oil cooler,after diagnostic check ‼️It was not oil cooler but only leaking hoses, Johnny's Automotive was honest ,which means a lot 🙏They had me in& out in a couple hours,I was a walk in at 7:30 a.m. I was crying tears of absolute joy& relief when I was called with news,BUT they charged me nothing & I received two long stemed red roses 🌹🌹 when I picked up my car 🙏🙏 Several friends of mine Will not be going back to other repair business,it will be Johnny's Automotive who saved me $1500 🙏🙏

The vehicle owner brought the vehicle to our Lake Wales shop for an oil change and reported that the vehicle was slow to start, asking the team to check the battery.
The battery failed testing and was identified as the reason for the slow start concern, with severe corrosion found that needed deep cleaning around the terminals. The technician installed a new Gold Die Hard battery to address the slow start.

The vehicle arrived at our Lake Wales shop on a AAA tow after it stopped working entirely. The owner knew the battery, starter, or alternator was likely to blame but wasn't sure which one had failed.
The technician performed an initial no-charge assessment of the starting and charging components and identified the starter assembly as the failed part. The team removed the faulty starter assembly and installed a replacement. With the new starter in place, the vehicle was tested to confirm it cranked and started properly.
The vehicle that came in on a tow truck left our Lake Wales shop running and starting reliably again.

The vehicle owner reported a loud humming noise and vibration while driving.
The technician found that the front wheel bearing hub assemblies were growling and making noise. The team at our Lake Wales shop removed and replaced both front wheel bearing hub assemblies. This involved accessing and installing new components, with additional fluids used as necessary. A final road test confirmed the repair's success.
After the repair, the vehicle no longer exhibited humming noises or vibrations, ensuring a smooth and quiet ride.

The vehicle owner noticed that a warning light appeared on the dashboard and the car was running rough.
The technician discovered that the throttle body was dirty and the fuel injection service was overdue by 20,163 miles. The team performed a BG Platinum Fuel Service, which involved using specialized tooling to clean the fuel injectors, intake valves, piston crowns, and combustion chambers. They also cleaned and serviced the throttle body and replaced the accelerator pedal and sensor assembly.
After the service, the vehicle's drivability, performance, and fuel economy were restored.
