If there was a 10* rating, Johnny's Automotive in Lake Wales would receive it‼️I came there for second opinion on a$1500 quote from other independent people for replacing oil cooler,after diagnostic check ‼️It was not oil cooler but only leaking hoses, Johnny's Automotive was honest ,which means a lot 🙏They had me in& out in a couple hours,I was a walk in at 7:30 a.m. I was crying tears of absolute joy& relief when I was called with news,BUT they charged me nothing & I received two long stemed red roses 🌹🌹 when I picked up my car 🙏🙏 Several friends of mine Will not be going back to other repair business,it will be Johnny's Automotive who saved me $1500 🙏🙏

Mike in LW was so very helpful. He gave me a diagnosis and was friendly and honest with me thru this process. Quote was much lower than the 3 other places I went to. I couldn’t get back to get my car before they closed so they left the keys and the car available so I can get it after hours. AND they left me roses on the steering wheel! What a nice touch. I will definitely recommend them. Thank you!

exceptional service and repairs

The AC on our 2020 Cadillac XT4 quit working, and in Florida, that's not acceptable. Called Johnny's Automotive and was able to bring it in that same day. Waited for about half an hour while they checked it out. Come to find out the AC Compressor clutch fell apart and we needed a new compressor. They ordered the part and gave me a ride home. The next day, after the repairs were done, they picked me up and drove me back to their shop. After paying the bill, I got in my vehicle and there were 4 long stem red roses laying on the dash. Never had that happen, ever. If you need your vehicle repaired, I highly recommend Johnny's to help you out!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Go see them, you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Johnny's, you people did a awesome job!!

After taking my vehicles to the dealers and paying overpriced fees for service, I found out about Johnny’s Automotive and got my 1st oil change with them. Not only the price, but the customer service made me feel like I just found a long lost family member and we have been going to them ever since. My best experience with Johnny’s was recently when my son’s car was driving a little rough. He decided to take it to a Honda dealer and they gave us a ridiculous quote after trying to have us trade in our car and sign off on “risks” that we were taking if we chose to get the car repaired. I decided to take the car to Johnny’s Automotive, and they fixed the car with no problem in the same day for a lot less money. The car drives great and we are very satisfied with the work Johnny’s Automotive does for us.
