Johnny's Automotive in Lake Wales

Great shop & great team, from service writers to the mechanics. Although I live in Winter Haven, I chose this location because they are specifically equipped to handle my F350 dually. Since then I have been bringing my other vehicle (an older ford ranger) to Mike & his team when I need repairs. Recently my timing chains began to rattle on my ford ranger so I contacted Mike & Rebecca to see if they would be able to get the job done for me. They gave me a quote, got my truck in & repaired within 1 full work day. They provided photos of each step of the repairs they did (at my request) & emailed gladly them to me. Rebecca drove me home when I dropped my truck off, & they updated me on their progress by text while they were doing the repairs. They also notified me by text as soon as my truck was done & ready to go. Mike & his team do an excellent job & strive very diligently to take care of customers with pride, courtesy, & outstanding professionalism that other shops don’t provide these days.

Super accommodating, quick, efficient and so nice. They worked me in at the end of the day. on a Friday, on a holiday weekend! Did a lightning quick fix and sent me on my way. I'll definitely give Johnny's my auto repair business in the future.

This team didn’t just fix the problem the car came in with, they made sure my daughter’s car was safe to drive since she is so far away from home in college. Fixing an issue with the rear tire as well that wasn’t even part of why we originally brought it in. This was a safety issue and I’m so thankful they found it. Not only that but they fixed a problem other well known places couldn’t. They added a special touch which was so very sweet (see picture)
