Our nationwide TechNet warranty
Every repair we do is covered by a 36 month, 36,000 mile TechNet nationwide warranty. Bring it back to any of our six shops, and if something comes up while you are out of state, participating TechNet shops around the country honor it too.
36 months or 36,000 miles
Whichever comes first, counted from the date and the odometer reading on your original repair invoice.
Honored nationwide
Participating TechNet shops across North America stand behind the work, so the coverage travels with you.
ASE certified technicians, digital inspections
We send you photos of what we find, so you can see the work the warranty is standing behind.

How to use your warranty
- 1
Keep your invoice
Your coverage starts from the date and odometer reading on the original repair invoice, so it is the one thing worth holding onto. Your digital inspection has the photos from that visit, which means you can see the work the warranty stands behind.
- 2
Call the shop that did the work
Tell us what the vehicle is doing. We will get it back in and look at it.
- 3
Away from home? Find a TechNet shop
Participating TechNet Professional Auto Service Centers across North America honor the warranty. Call us first if you are not sure where to go.
- 4
What happens next
If a covered repair fails, we put it right: the work redone at no charge, the defective warranted part replaced at no cost, or the warranted repair charges refunded, less any refunds or credits already applied.
