Ford Service in Haines City, FL

This was my first visit to Johnny’s as I recently moved to Florida from Ohio. I had a year’s long relationship with a shop up north that really dialed in on my service needs. I have a Ford Transit that is a business vehicle and requires frequent maintenance. I was really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail I received from the folks at Johnny’s. They provided the requested service and made me aware of what was on the horizon. And importantly, they didn’t try to upsell me! I had requested an alignment and they told me I didn’t need one. They could have charged me for something I didn’t need and didn’t. Much appreciated relationship building there! And the long stem yellow rose left on the dash for my wife was over the top! We’ll definitely be back!!

They've been taken care of my 2009 Ford Fusion for the last 2 to 3 years and they have done an excellent job in maintaining my 17 year old car which runs like a brand new car. And it's a blessing to deal with Rebecca, she's always on top of things

I drove by all the time, Then I bought a 2014 mustang. Needed to have it checked out! They did a great job going over what it needed and they were very nice and talked me through everything . Aaron was the service Gentleman. The place is amazing and I trust them to do my service from now on.

My fuel pump went out on my F150 and when the dealers were 4-6 weeks out Johnny's was able to take my truck and fix it within a week! Very grateful for their professionalism. Rebecca was great she kept in contact with me and was very responsive. This was my first-time using Johnny's but not the last. Upon picking up my vehicle my wife and I were impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the store it was very welcoming and such a friendly staff. The air suspension system failed on my Grand Marquis. Aaron and Harold worked on the problem and found a ride height sensor lever had “popped” off. Harold reconnected it and I was on my way home in less time than grocery shopping. Thank you, gentlemen. I highly recommend Johnny’s Automotive LLC.
