Vehicle Vibration Due to Worn Front Tires

The Problem

The vehicle owner experienced driveability issues caused by vibrations while driving.

What We Found

The technician found that both front tires were worn below the discard level and had separated, causing the vibrations.

The Fix

The team at our Haines City shop mounted and installed three new tires to replace the worn ones. Additionally, a complete coolant system flush and brake fluid service were performed to ensure the vehicle's overall reliability and safety.

The Result

The vehicle was returned to the owner with improved driveability and reduced vibration.

Pro Tip

Tires worn below the discard level can lead to vibrations and unsafe driving conditions. Regularly inspect your tires for wear and replace them promptly to maintain a smooth and safe ride.

FAQ

Tire Installation in Haines City: questions answered

Answered by our licensed technicians serving Haines City.

Can I have tires shipped directly to the shop?

Yes. Let us know they're on the way and which location they're headed to, and we'll receive them and get you on the schedule. It saves you hauling four tires around in your back seat.

Will you install just one tire?

Sure. One tire, two, or a full set, we'll put on what you've got. If mixing a new tire with worn ones is a problem for your particular vehicle, we'll explain why before we do it rather than after.

What is a TPMS relearn and does my car need one?

It's the step that teaches your vehicle which pressure sensor is at which corner after the wheels have been off or the sensors disturbed. Without it, the dash can show the wrong tire or leave a warning light on. If your vehicle has sensors, that step is part of the installation.

Can you mount tires on wheels that aren't attached to a car?

Yes. Bring the wheels and tires in on their own and we'll mount and balance them so they're ready to bolt on. Just know we can't torque them to your car or run a sensor relearn without the vehicle here.

What if the tires I bought aren't right for my vehicle?

We check size, load rating, and speed rating against what your vehicle calls for before anything goes on the machine. If something doesn't match up, you'll hear about it while you can still exchange them. We'd rather have that conversation up front than install something we're not comfortable with.
