The vehicle owner reported that a tire blew going high speeds. They asked for a tire and suspension quote and were concerned about the shocks/struts and sway bar links.
What we found and did
The technician at our Haines City shop mounted and installed 1 tire to replace the one that blew. The team also checked the suspension as requested and advised on what they saw. The rear shocks were noted as weak and rusted, which can cause accelerated tire wear, and an alignment was recommended with any suspension repairs. Those suspension items were quoted only and were not done on this visit.

Rear Passenger Tire Went Flat, Driving on the Spare

What we found and did

Sure. One tire, two, or a full set, we'll put on what you've got. If mixing a new tire with worn ones is a problem for your particular vehicle, we'll explain why before we do it rather than after.
What is a TPMS relearn and does my car need one?
It's the step that teaches your vehicle which pressure sensor is at which corner after the wheels have been off or the sensors disturbed. Without it, the dash can show the wrong tire or leave a warning light on. If your vehicle has sensors, that step is part of the installation.
Can you mount tires on wheels that aren't attached to a car?
Yes. Bring the wheels and tires in on their own and we'll mount and balance them so they're ready to bolt on. Just know we can't torque them to your car or run a sensor relearn without the vehicle here.
What if the tires I bought aren't right for my vehicle?
We check size, load rating, and speed rating against what your vehicle calls for before anything goes on the machine. If something doesn't match up, you'll hear about it while you can still exchange them. We'd rather have that conversation up front than install something we're not comfortable with.
