Vibration Throughout the Car That Comes and Goes
What the customer reported
The vehicle owner reported an intermittent vibration felt throughout the whole car. When it showed up, it started at the beginning of the trip and progressively worsened, and some trips had no vibration at all. The owner also mentioned a tire in the trunk that needed repair and asked for an alignment check and tire rotation.
What we found and did
At our Sebring shop, the technician performed the Mount & Install 4 Tires (With Alignment) service, a 4 Tire Installation Package. The work was done in a single visit and covered both the tires and the alignment the owner had asked about.

Tires Wearing Unevenly and Car Pulling Right at Low Speed
What the customer reported
The vehicle owner reported uneven tire wear, the vehicle pulling to the right while driving, and vibration while driving at low speeds. The owner noted they had not driven over 45 mph since these issues began.
What we found and did
The technician performed a Mount & Install 2 Tires (With Alignment) service at the Sebring shop. The work consisted of mounting and installing two tires along with an alignment, which is the service package that addressed the reported uneven tire wear and pull to the right.

Yes. Let us know they're on the way and which location they're headed to, and we'll receive them and get you on the schedule. It saves you hauling four tires around in your back seat.
Will you install just one tire?
Sure. One tire, two, or a full set, we'll put on what you've got. If mixing a new tire with worn ones is a problem for your particular vehicle, we'll explain why before we do it rather than after.
What is a TPMS relearn and does my car need one?
It's the step that teaches your vehicle which pressure sensor is at which corner after the wheels have been off or the sensors disturbed. Without it, the dash can show the wrong tire or leave a warning light on. If your vehicle has sensors, that step is part of the installation.
Can you mount tires on wheels that aren't attached to a car?
Yes. Bring the wheels and tires in on their own and we'll mount and balance them so they're ready to bolt on. Just know we can't torque them to your car or run a sensor relearn without the vehicle here.
What if the tires I bought aren't right for my vehicle?
We check size, load rating, and speed rating against what your vehicle calls for before anything goes on the machine. If something doesn't match up, you'll hear about it while you can still exchange them. We'd rather have that conversation up front than install something we're not comfortable with.
