Transmission Service at our Haines City shop

Johnny's was great they kept me informed of the transmission replacement every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.

The AC on our 2020 Cadillac XT4 quit working, and in Florida, that's not acceptable. Called Johnny's Automotive and was able to bring it in that same day. Waited for about half an hour while they checked it out. Come to find out the AC Compressor clutch fell apart and we needed a new compressor. They ordered the part and gave me a ride home. The next day, after the repairs were done, they picked me up and drove me back to their shop. After paying the bill, I got in my vehicle and there were 4 long stem red roses laying on the dash. Never had that happen, ever. If you need your vehicle repaired, I highly recommend Johnny's to help you out!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Go see them, you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Johnny's, you people did a awesome job!!

I was originally quoted $6–9k by my dealership for a full transmission replacement or told to consider buying a new car. I decided to get a second opinion and called Johnny’s, and I’m so glad I did. Instead of jumping straight to the most expensive option, they were willing to try servicing the transmission first—and it worked. I ended up spending far less than expected. Friendly, honest, and genuinely looking out for their customers. Highly recommend.

I dropped off my car due to problems with acceleration. They took it right away. I was called and told it was my transmission. Unfortunately, the price was more than I could afford for a repair, even after a discount. So I had to pick it up. They were very nice and didn't charge me for diagnostics. The station is very clean. I am still trying to gather the funds, and will contact Johnny's ASAP. I don't need a new car payment.

I had this shop inspect my Buick Encore GX, they found the engine and transmission mounts were bad and needed replacing. I had contacted all the Buick dealerships in Polk county for a repair estimate. I called back to johnny's and they beat the price at the deanships price by over $300. They also did not charge for the inspection and gave me a free loaner car to use for a couple of hours. 4 weeks later my mom's Honda Civic was making a noise when the A/C compressor kicked in. The serpentine belt had to be replaced. I shopped all over Polk county and they had the lowest price, could take the vehicle immediately and had it back to me in 3 hours. VERY HONEST, NO INSPECTION FEE, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We’ve been catching up on a lot of preventive maintenance lately, and the final step was having the CVT transmission professionally flushed and serviced.
