The vehicle owner reported a front headlight out. The vehicle had been purchased up in Maine, and instead of driving back to have it replaced, the owner received a replacement part from the dealer and asked if the shop could install it and what it would cost.
The dealer-supplied replacement part came in the back of the vehicle. At the owner's request, the technician at our Haines City shop installed the part as a customer-directed repair. The work was an installation of the supplied part and was not a diagnosis that the part was the cause of the concern.
