My 2013 F250 Super Duty Diesel brake boosted went out travel from Detroit to Sebring. Had my trusted partner look up a ace in the area and I made the right call!!! Truck was towed overnight and I received a call next morning at 8:15 to confirm the issue, a call back by noon confirming the issue with part already ordered. They were upfront on time frame but worked on it got me back rolling same day. A Friday at that. Very happy with process, service, and price.

I would recommend Johnnys over and over! My daughter is in the area for college and her fuel pump went out. I am 6 hours away. As a Father that is a helpless feeling because I am not there to fix the problem! 1 call to Johnnys . Tow was set up and at the shop within the hour. Soon there after the texts with the diagnosis,pics and detailed parts list and labor cost. Parts ordered. Great service! The best part is the care and compassion that Rebecca gave me. Awesome shop! Will definitely come back if I ever need any other services. My service would take a while, I was offered a ride home and offered to be picked up from home to pick up my car as well!!! 10/10 definitely recommend. Team was awesome, Cece was great!
