What we found and did
The technician found the front lower control arm bushings separated from the body and the ball joints had excessive play. The strut mounts were separated and the struts were leaking, and the stabilizer link joints had excessive play causing noise. At our Haines City shop, the team replaced both front lower control arms, both front struts and both front stabilizer links, then performed an alignment since one is required with suspension repairs.
