Chrysler owners tend to hang onto their vehicles. A Pacifica or a Town and Country that hauled one set of kids to school ends up hauling a different set a few years later, and a 300 often stays with one family a long time. That changes what good service looks like. The goal is not getting you through the next six months. It is keeping a vehicle you have already paid off worth driving.
Minivans carry weight, run the air conditioning nearly year round in Florida, and have more moving parts than most sedans: power sliding doors, a liftgate, second and third row seating, and a lot of climate control ducting front to back. We focus first on what actually strands a family, which is cooling, tires, brakes, suspension, and the transmission, and we test electrical faults to find the cause instead of guessing at a part and hoping.
Every visit includes a digital inspection. Our ASE certified technicians send photos to your phone so you can see the leaking strut or the cracked belt yourself, and we sort the findings into what needs doing now, what to budget for, and what is still fine. On a higher mileage van, that order matters more than anything else we tell you. Repairs carry a 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, which is genuinely useful on a vehicle that gets taken on road trips. We are family owned, six shops from Haines City down to Wauchula, and we have been at it since 2006.

Had another opportunity this week (March 4, 2024)to take my car in for some maintenance servicing. As on previous occasions the service was great and the pricing for the work done was very reasonable. I appreciate the premises and how customer friendly they are appointed. It makes the W while your vehicle is being tended to rather enjoyable! Thanks for the experience! My recent experience (first time ) with Johnny’s Automotive was great! I needed to get some brake work done on my older Chrysler 300 M and they ‘fit’ me in on very short notice. The cleanliness of the service station, the friendliness of the staff, the professional way they dealt with my situation, the reasonableness of the quote and the promptness of the service was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced when getting work done on any of my vehicles. The work was completed very efficiently, the invoice was exactly what I had been quoted, and there were no attempts made whatsoever to upsell me for any additional services.
