Most newer BMWs use condition based service. Instead of a fixed mileage sticker, the car keeps track of items like engine oil, brake pads, and brake fluid and shows you what's coming due and when. It's a useful system, and it's the starting point for how we look at your car.

When you bring a BMW in, we read what it's asking for, look up the manufacturer's schedule for your model and engine, and check the condition of what's actually there. Brake fluid and coolant age with time, not only with miles, and in Florida heat that matters. You get a digital inspection with photos sent to your phone, so you can see the pads, the hoses, and the leaks for yourself.

Oil gets extra attention on a BMW. The engine calls for oil that meets a specific BMW Longlife specification, and the right one depends on your engine and year. Many BMW engines are turbocharged, and a turbo runs hot on the same oil as the engine, so the correct oil changed on time is cheap protection. We confirm the spec and tell you what went in.

We'll also be straight about scope. Some BMW work needs equipment, software, or procedures we can't verify properly on your car. If your job falls there, you'll hear it before we start, along with what's needed.
