No. Working sensors go right back in. What does get replaced at mounting is the service kit: the seals, grommet, and valve hardware around the sensor, since reusing those is how a slow leak starts.

The car has to know which sensor is at which corner, and that mapping changes when wheels move or sensors are replaced. The procedure differs by make and model, and some vehicles handle it on their own after a short drive.
