The guys Jeff and his assistant are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and kept us informed of what was needed for our vehicle. We really felt like they cared about our car and treated us with respect as valued customers. They kept us informed of the status of our car without having to chase them down like at other mechanic/repair shops. In addition, Jeff and his staff even gave us a loaner car until the repairs were completed on our car. We will definitely come back for maintenance and any time we have car issues. This shop has been around for six years and is clean, have rest rooms, and snacks for their customers( which my husband loves to indulge ever time we visit). However, the positive difference in the attitude of their customer people, and their efficient and immaculate business environment, their customer service amenities in the waiting room, and the overall verifiable, concrete evidence of a strong customer focus ethic - all go together to make Johnny's my maintenance and repair shop of choice, whether it is my 13-year-old car, or my 2-year-old's car. Can you set up a maintenance schedule for me?
Yes. We'll build it off your manufacturer's intervals and how you use the car, then keep it in your file so each visit picks up where the last one left off. You'll know what's coming next and roughly when, instead of finding out at the counter.
What happens if you find something during a maintenance visit?
We photograph it, send it to your phone, and tell you whether it needs doing now or can wait. Plenty of things can wait, and we'd rather say that than sell you a service you don't need yet. Nothing gets done without you saying yes to it first.
