Can an independent shop hold a Cadillac to the same standard?
A Cadillac comes with an expectation, and it's a fair one. The car is quiet, well finished, and full of systems that are supposed to work without you ever thinking about them. So when something does go wrong, the honest question an owner asks is whether an independent shop can meet that standard.
Here's our answer. We're independent, not a dealership and not affiliated with the manufacturer, and our ASE certified technicians service Cadillacs with the equipment and the patience these vehicles ask for. We use quality parts suited to the vehicle, and we tell you which parts we're planning to use and why before any work begins. If a job calls for something we don't do in house, we say so instead of experimenting on your car.

We perform factory scheduled maintenance and document it, so you can keep a factory warranty intact while servicing the car close to home. What Cadillac owners say about our work
The AC on our 2020 Cadillac XT4 quit working, and in Florida, that's not acceptable. Called Johnny's Automotive and was able to bring it in that same day. Waited for about half an hour while they checked it out. Come to find out the AC Compressor clutch fell apart and we needed a new compressor. They ordered the part and gave me a ride home. The next day, after the repairs were done, they picked me up and drove me back to their shop. After paying the bill, I got in my vehicle and there were 4 long stem red roses laying on the dash. Never had that happen, ever. If you need your vehicle repaired, I highly recommend Johnny's to help you out!! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Go see them, you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Johnny's, you people did a awesome job!!

Johnny's is the best. Took our old CTS in to see if it was worth fixing for our grandson. IT WASN'T!!! however, they were kind, courteous, and thorough with the check-up. I tried to pay them but they wouldn't take anything because they couldn't help me. AND, they left a rose on my dashboard. Can't get any better than that. I will always go to them for service (and you should too).
