Mercedes-Benz Service in Lake Wales, FL

Most recent Mercedes-Benz models track their own maintenance and put a reminder on the dash. The two you'll see most are Service A and Service B. Service A is the lighter visit, built around an oil and filter change and a set of inspections. Service B adds more to the list, which can include items like the cabin filter and brake fluid. What's on each list depends on your model, year, and mileage, so we look it up for your car instead of working from a generic sheet.

The detail that matters most on a Mercedes is the fluid. Engine oil has to carry the Mercedes-Benz approval number your engine calls for, and coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid have their own specifications too. The right bottle isn't always the one on a parts store shelf. We confirm the requirement for your engine and use what it calls for, and we'll tell you what went in.

Here's the honest part. Some work on a modern Mercedes needs equipment, software, or a part we can't confirm properly. If your job lands there, we'll say so up front and point you in the right direction instead of guessing on your dime.

For everything else, you get the same thing every customer gets: ASE certified technicians, a digital inspection with photos sent to your phone, and a 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty on what we fix. We're a family owned independent shop with locations across Central Florida, and every one of them works on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We don't start work you haven't approved.
