First time customer (not my last!). Performed service according to their advertisement. Did not tack on extras, were complimentary of my 2018 car and condition. Covered seat (yay!) and I left with a flower. Very nice staff and facility!

Number one, these gentlemen were very polite and professional, They did the work I needed in a timely manner , and with no oversell like so many garages try to do, I even got a price on another thing I needed to get done also ,with a pleasant surprise how well they , broke down my options ect, as a mechanic s daughter myself am very impressed (father built rockets murcurys thru first two shuttle s, I hung out with him in his garage) will be using Johnny's in future and have been telling DOC friends and family's how well I was treated, Truly hope you stay in Sebring forever

So so I had a company truck go down yesterday morning due to a radiator leaking when I got out into the hotel parking lot. I called around to multiple other shops/dealerships and they told me it would be 2 to 3 days before they could even look at the truck. I called Johnny’s and told them my situation and that it’s a work vehicle and when is down the company doesn’t make money they got me in that morning. Had a diagnosed and fixed in the same day. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area of Sebring or surrounding their customer. I needed a aux battery for my vehicle and Johnny's was able to get me in right away. I had been to the building when it was Ron's, boy has it changed. The place is immaculate. There is seating in the ac for waiting ,as well as a drink and munchies if you desire.The installation of my second battery didn't seen to take long at all,which means they know what they are doing as they are a pain in the butt to replace. The price was reasonable too. When I left there on my dashboard was a carnation. What a nice touch.I think they are going to be my go to.

Engine Sputters and RPM Drops When Cranking

The vehicle owner reported that at startup when cranking the engine, the vehicle sputtered and the RPM dropped, making it feel like the vehicle was going to stall.

The technician found that the throttle body was dirty. At our Sebring shop, the team cleaned and serviced it with a BG Platinum Fuel Service, replaced fuel injector #6 (the work order called for replacing the spark plugs at the same time), and replaced the engine air filter element.

Car Running Rough and Feels Like It Will Stall

The vehicle owner reported that the vehicle was running rough and felt like it was going to stall. They also noticed a lack of power and the check engine light was illuminated.

The team started with an initial assessment at no charge, and the technician updated the service manager within 30 minutes. The work performed on this visit was a tune up for an 8 cylinder engine and an ignition coil service. The tune up included replacement of listed materials, adjustments as required, and a basic inspection of related component and system functions.

How Do I Know If My Brakes Need Replacing?

The vehicle owner asked the shop to please check the brakes during a visit for an oil change.

During the brake check, the technician found the front brake pads were beyond usable life, at less than 3mm, which was marked red as a major safety concern. At our Sebring shop, the team replaced the front disc brake pads and rotors, removing and reinstalling components as needed to access and install the new parts.

AC Blows Warm Then Cool With a Band-Aid Smell

The vehicle owner reported that the AC blows warm then cool and that it smells like "band aids."

The initial assessment at our Sebring shop was done at no charge, and the technician then performed the air conditioning evaporator service on the R134 system. That service typically requires removing the dashboard to reach the evaporator. The technician also evacuated and recharged the R134A system with the proper refrigerant and oil capacity and leak tested it. UV dye was added so any leak can be located with special UV glasses if the vehicle blows warm again.
