Modifications are not a problem, they are information. A lift changes steering and driveline angles. Larger tires change your effective gearing, ask more of the brakes and wheel bearings, and read the speedometer off until it gets recalibrated. Heavier wheels change how alignment wears in. None of that is a reason to leave a Jeep stock. It just means alignment checks and inspections carry more weight afterward, and it means that when we see something a modification caused, we show you the photo and let you decide what to do about it.

Trail time adds its own list. Water, mud, and sand find differentials, seals, and skid plate hardware, and that is worth a look after a hard weekend instead of three months later.
