Can you service the towing package on my Ram?

Yes. We inspect and service hitch hardware, trailer wiring, brake controller connections, and the cooling and driveline components that carry the load. Tell us what you tow and how often and we will set the intervals around that instead of guessing.

How often should differential and transmission fluid be changed if I tow a lot?

More often than on a truck that never pulls anything, and the honest answer depends on weight, heat, and hours behind the wheel. We start from the factory interval for your truck, then look at the condition of the fluid at each inspection. Seeing a photo of what came out usually makes the call obvious.

Does hauling change how often I need brakes?

Usually, yes. Weight and heat are what wear brakes, so a truck that runs loaded eats pads and rotors faster than the same truck empty. We measure pad thickness and check rotor condition at every visit and send you the numbers with the photos, so a brake job is something you schedule rather than something that surprises you.

Do you work on heavy duty Rams or only the 1500?

Both. Our ASE certified technicians handle light duty and heavy duty trucks, and the repair carries the same 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty either way.
