Buick Service in Lake Wales, FL

Buick owners tend to hold onto their cars, and we see the results of that in the bays. An Enclave or a LaCrosse with real mileage on it, still quiet, still comfortable, still worth looking after. Comfort is the point of the car, so comfort is usually what gets noticed first when something slips. Air conditioning that doesn't stay cold in August, a ride that picks up a noise, brakes that don't feel the way they used to.

We're an independent shop, not a dealer, and our ASE certified technicians work on Buicks regularly. On a car you intend to keep, the useful conversation isn't only what's broken today. It's what's wearing, what can safely wait, and what gets more expensive if it waits too long. We'll give you that in plain language and let you make the call.

Digital inspections mean you see photographs of what we found, sent to your phone. No mystery items on an invoice, and no pressure to approve something you can't see.

If your Buick is newer, we perform the factory scheduled maintenance and keep records, which is what keeps a factory warranty protected. If it's older and out of that coverage, our own 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty still stands behind the work. Brian and Niki opened the first shop in 2006, and there are six now: Haines City, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Frostproof, Sebring and Wauchula.
