Auto Repair in Haines City

We just had both of our vehicles (car and truck) serviced at Johnny's. We have trusted them with our vehicles for the past several years and have always been pleased with their work. We find their prices to be fair and they are actually concerned about customer satisfaction, which is all too rare these days. Highly recommend.

We were returning home after visiting family in Orlando, our vehicle was experiencing engine trouble. Engine light on and the vehicle was not functioning properly. Are vehicle had to be towed and the closest place was Johnnys Automotive (JA) in Frostproof. The team at JA assured us that they would do everything possible to get us back on the road the next day. They stayed after hours to complete the diagnosis and then explained what the problem was in great detail. We now needed to find a place to stay the night which was in Sebring, Fl. We were having trouble finding a ride to our hotel. The JA team spent time calling their other service locations and found a loaner vehicle to take us to the hotel. They offered to make the trip after hours to get the vehicle and take us to our hotel. At the last minute I found an Uber driver to take us to our hotel. We were told that they needed to have the parts delivered to the shop in the morning but they would do everything they could to get us on the road by noon the next day. We were called about 10:00 that next morning and was told our vehicle was ready for pick up. The JA team showed me the parts that they replaced. We were on our way home by 11:30! We could not be more grateful to the JA team!! The JA team did a fantastic job, were very friendly, supportive, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The quality and customer service was excellent!! If I were to break down again let it be where there is a JA team. Thank you!!

Everyone at Johnny’s Auto is so kind and bubbly, from the moment I walked in to the moment I got my keys! They are so efficient, know what’s up, and the place is super cute too. I have finally found the right auto shop!! Thank you :)

Awesome shop! Will definitely come back if I ever need any other services. My service would take a while, I was offered a ride home and offered to be picked up from home to pick up my car as well!!! 10/10 definitely recommend. Team was awesome, Cece was great! The rose they left me was a great touch as well. It made my day!

Staff was very friendly, and let me know each step of the way what had to be done with my vehicle. When I couldn’t get a ride home they ordered and paid for an uber for me to get home. I would recommend them to anybody!!

I scheduled the appointment a week and a half in advance, and as promised, they accepted the vehicle at the designated time. They kept me informed of the necessary steps, allowing me to choose between completing all tasks simultaneously or prioritizing the most urgent ones. We utilized the shuttle service, which proved to be highly beneficial. The work was executed professionally and within the estimated timeframe. Although it was my first visit, I was initially apprehensive about selecting this automotive garage. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided. I intend to bring my vehicles for maintenance and repairs as soon as possible.

First time at the location on 27 today and Cece welcomed me w/ open arms. 🤗 I had given my brother a copy of the work order provided by the prior location that I took it. The staff took it and compared what I was told to what they saw. GLAD I GOT A SECOND OPINION & GLAD IT WAS HERE. Their chief mechanic came and spoke w/ me. The change recommended just wasn’t visible. Based on this exchange, you will have 2 customers, myself and I will make sure my Dad visits as well. 🙌🏾 Thank You!
