Honda Service in Winter Haven, FL

Took my Type R today here for service, and the atmosphere—great conversations with another Type R owner—mixed with the level of professionalism these guys have far exceeded my expectations. For me, I’m very particular about who services my vehicle. I will be coming back to them no matter what vehicle I have. Johnny Automotive to me in my opinion in Polk County is the gold standard in automotive services.

From start to finish, Mike handled all of my issues with my Honda CR-V along with dealing with my Extended Service Contract. The guys were great, properly repairing and getting it done on a timely manner. I will be back to get my car serviced when needed.

I moved in Winter Haven in 2022 brought my Honda Pilot 2005 they did a full inspection with pictures and video had fixed that needed immediate attention, I went for another check for what was worked on before it didn’t work well, so they cover it with full warranty, I was accommodated and was offered a loaner car so I was able to get to work. I thanked Mike, Richard and the whole team for their professionalism and customer care.

Oil change my 2018 Honda CRV excellent work I’ve been using them for years first time at the Dundee location all of people there seem to be happy Mark was excellent hook me up right away got me in and out with the oil change thank you very much I do appreciate it
