Question 1

Is it worth putting money into a minivan with high miles?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, and it depends on what the van needs and what you would replace it with. We give you the full list with photos, sorted by what is a safety item, what is coming due, and what can ride for now. Then you decide. If the math says walk away, we will tell you that too.

Question 2

The power sliding doors and liftgate act up. Can you look at those?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Power doors and liftgates are part mechanical and part electrical, so we test the system to find where it is actually failing instead of throwing a part at it. You will see photos and a plain explanation of what we found before anything gets ordered.

Question 3

If something goes wrong on a road trip, does your warranty help?

Accepted Answer

That is exactly what it is for. Repairs we perform carry a 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, so covered work can be handled while you are away from home rather than waiting until you are back. Call us first and we will walk you through how to get it taken care of.

Question 4

How far ahead should I plan maintenance on a van we intend to keep?

Accepted Answer

A year or two is a reasonable window. Each inspection tells us roughly when tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and fluids will come due, so instead of one big surprise you get a rough calendar and a budget. Most people find that easier to live with, and the van tends to last longer for it.

Question 5

Do you work on the 300 and other Chrysler cars, or just the vans?

Accepted Answer

Both. Vans are most of what rolls through, but a 300 gets the same treatment from the same ASE certified technicians: maintenance, brakes, suspension, cooling, and diagnostics, with the inspection photos sent to your phone exactly the same way.
