Audi Service in Lake Wales, FL

An independent shop can take good care of an Audi, as long as it does the homework. Audi shares a lot with Volkswagen under the skin, and the same rule applies to both: the specification matters. Engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid each carry a particular spec on an Audi, and the correct one isn't always what's sitting on a parts store shelf. We look up what your year, engine, and trim call for, and we use it.

Most Audis on the road today have turbocharged engines. A turbo runs hot and lives on the same oil as the engine, so the right oil changed on time is some of the cheapest protection you can buy for the car. We'd rather have that conversation early than explain a problem later.

Many Audis also have quattro all wheel drive. All wheel drive systems want four tires that match in size and wear, because a mismatch makes the drivetrain work against itself. If you need a tire replaced, we'll check the tread on the other three and talk through your options before anything gets mounted.

And here's the honest part. If a job needs equipment, software, or a part we can't source and confirm properly, we'll tell you up front and point you in the right direction instead of guessing on your dime.

Every visit comes with a digital inspection, photos sent to your phone. Our technicians are ASE certified, and what we fix carries a 36 month, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty. We're a family owned independent shop with locations across Central Florida, and every one of them works on Audi vehicles.
