Your engine breathes. Every mile you drive it pulls air through the engine air filter, and that filter is the only thing between the road and your intake. Around Central Florida it earns its keep: sand off the shoulders, oak and pine pollen in spring, love bugs twice a year, and grove dust on the county roads.
We judge it by looking, not by mileage. Two cars with the same miles can have completely different filters depending on where they've been. A truck that runs dirt roads and a car that lives on 27 aren't the same job. So we pull the filter, hold it up to the light, and look at it. If it's loaded, you'll see it. If it still flows, it goes right back in and you don't pay for anything.
Show you, then let you decide. Our digital inspections put a photo of your actual filter on your phone, next to what a clean one looks like. You're looking at the same thing our ASE certified tech is looking at, and you make the call. No pressure, no counter theatrics.
The other filters in your car. Your oil filter gets replaced every time we do an oil service. That's part of the job, not an add on. Your cabin air filter is a different animal, since it filters the air you breathe instead of the air the engine breathes, and it has its own page.
