I needed a new battery ASAP. Popped into Johnny's and was ready to go in about an hour. Price was quite reasonable .Rebecca was professional and knowlegeable. The shop waiting area is spacious, and free from fumes. Free coffee and snacks. And then there was a long stem coral colored rose on my dash when I left. That bit of extra that is so hard to find now.

Car broke down Christmas Eve and AAA came to give a jump, but could not & said it was Alternator & Battery. Few days later AAA recommended Johnny’s Automative so had it towed to Haines City. When I called that car was on its way, I asked they also check Air Conditioning. Mike called back the next day to advise it was not the Alternator, but it was battery. He gave me costs and agreed to go ahead with repairs. He sent me pictures and kept me informed with other issues. This car has not been looked at for about 3 yrs, so was not surprised it needed brake work. Mike at Johnny’s Automotive was great. I was very impressed with how he kept me updated on every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Johnny’s Automotive in Haines City

Always super impressed with not only the quality of work done to handle the vehicles, but also the time and attention the staff gives to their customers. Everyone that I've noticed works as a cohesive unit putting so much hard work and effort into everything. Clinton who helped me this last time was so awesome with informing me in detail all the issues addressed where I can understand. He is also very friendly to keep a conversation going and is beneficial to have @ the front. Services done: remove & replace stabilizer bar link, battery, and drive belt

I’ve used Johnny’s numerous times and have always gotten excellent service. Today I was in a bind. My car wouldn’t start yesterday and I had a luncheon to go to in Lakeland so fortunately a friend was able to pick me up. I contacted AAA last night and they came first thing this morning. They were able to start it and said it was my battery. He said I should drive it for a while so I got in and immediately called Johnny’s. I know they’re very busy on Fridays but sweet Rebecca said I could bring it right in and they would check everything and replace the battery. Thankfully, it was just the battery but they were so nice to work me in. I think Rebecca could hear the anxiety in my voice because she told me to please drive safely as they were there for me and I didn’t have to hurry. I feel so blessed to have found a place where I know they’re always going take care good of me and my vehicle. I did miss seeing Lady today!

Johnny, Brian and the whole team have always been honest and fair not only with my vehicles but my friend’s vehicles, too. They’re on time, they call back the next day to check on the service they did and your experience, they go get a part if they don’t have it in stock or it hasn’t been delivered when promised by another parts store. Once when I had a dead battery, was already late for work and panicking, I got my car to their former location, Johnny replaced the battery at no cost and I managed to make it to work with a minute or two to spare. Their new location is farther away from me however it’s always worth th drive. Their shop and store is clean and they have stuff to do while you’re waiting like shuffle board, a tiny golfing area, free water, sodas and coffee. Still a win win and always worth the drive. 10/9/2023 Regular visit to get oil change. Asked about tire rotation. Had a grinding noise when I turned the car to the right that was freaking me out because I thought it might be the CV joints; nope. The plastic flap in front of my left front tire had lost a screw and was rubbing. Edgar found out where the noises was coming from and replaced the screw. Suggested cleaning air filters and an alignment. What I initially thought was going to be well over $500 ended up being just over $200 including labor. I truly feel relieved when I take my 2015, well over 110,000 miles Kia Soul to the Haines City location on US 27. For those living farther south and around Cypress Gardens, Winter Haven, Dundee area, their new shop is now open. Haven't been there yet however a friend has. 7/24/2024 another positive visit!! For the remaining time I live in this county I will bring my vehicle to Johnny's Automotive's Haines City location.
