My car’s fuel evaporative system needs some replacement and I was so worried because the previous auto shop I went to quoted me A LOT $$$$! I felt hopeless because it will take me many months to procure that amount while worrying that my car’s condition is gonna get worse. So I called around and that’s when I found Johnny’s Automotive and I am so so glad that I have found them. They invited me over to bring the car for diagnosis. And I was really impressed with the shop’s amenities while I waited! There was ample snacks and drinks, spacious seating area with TV, a game corner, a study corner complete with outlets, a massage chair (!!), and a mini golf outside! 😆 I spoke with Mike, the technician who was taking care of our car and he explained to us thoroughly what’s going on and what they could do. No upselling and such. Just straight facts. And guess what? The total repair costed me less than $1k than I was quoted from the previous shop. I saved a lot with Johnny’s automotive. Plus Mike was so kind to explain everything easily for me while giving me tips on how to extend our 2015 prius’s lifespan. We’re planning to keep it much much longer. Their customer service is top-notch. They set the bar high for me now. I also find it sweet they leave us a flower in the car. Thank you!

Awesome team at Johnny’s Automotive in Orlando! We are from Texas roadtripping when my family and I and were forced to stop on the way as a plastic cover under our 2021 Toyota Sienna became loose and was touching the ground. We were a break-in for them. I immediately saw they were very busy when I went in. The young woman, Sarah, at the front desk was very friendly and accommodated us into our schedule. They repaired the issue briskly and did a free quick test of all key safety items (oil, coolant, tires). They made some recommendations to get looked at when we’re back home in Texas. And they fixed the loose plastic cover. They provided advice, recommended a few shops back home for follow-ups and did not charge us anything. Thanks for breaking us into your schedule, helping us with our urgent issue, which allowed us to continue roadtripping. Very decent and ethical shop. If I lived in the area I wouldn’t doubt servicing my cars in their shop.

They were very helpful and nice! I had a couple things wrong with my 2004 matrix. They ordered the parts they put the parts in and it only took a day! I will be coming here again when I need my car to be fixed.

Johnny’s Automotive were recommended to me by one of my neighbours in Del Webb Orlando. I needed some work done on my 2019 RAV4 and called to make an appointment. Johnny's Auto is our "go-to" Company with all our Rav 4 hybrid related issues or at the suggested times given to us by Rebecca. Rebecca has always given us great service, knowledgeable answers to our questions, and outstanding assistance. The repairs are performed with the same attentiveness and excellence from mechanics. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The mechanic that changes the oil found a leak in a few minutes that 4 other mechanics in other shops were not able to find. We were wondering where the oil was going as there was no black exhaust or leaking beneath the car. I was amazed. I would definitely recommend Johnny's Automotive to anyone. I was also amazed to find a long stemmed rose on my dash, a tootsie roll lollypop and a brand new mask on my front seat as well when I got back into my car to leave. Thank you Johnny's Automotive! So now, on November 5th 2024, I took my car to Johnny’s Automotive for a vehicle inspection after Miracle Toyota in Haines City Florida told me that my axle was leaking, an $1,100. job. An immediate bad feeling came over me which caused me to feel like the man was not telling me the truth. Even when he called me later that day to tell me that Toyota would not charge me because I was only 1,500 miles beyond my 60,000 mile warranty, I still had a very bad feeling and could not bring myself to call him back. I decided to let Johnny’s Automotive look at the axle to tell me the truth about it. Well guess what? The young man at Johnny’s that did the inspection came over to me with 4 pictures on his IPad. My axle was not leaking in any way shape or form. It looked brand new and the car only had 61,500 miles on it I told him about the extremely bad feeling that had come over me and he asked me if I was a Christian. I replied that I was and he said said that the strong feeling was the Holy Spirit warning me. I totally agreed. Praise God in Heaven and thanks to Johnny’s Automotive for their honesty and for being so nice.
