Your front tires and your rear tires don't live the same life. On most vehicles the front end steers, carries the weight of the engine, and does the bigger share of the braking. You get photos of what we find sent to your phone, so you're looking at your own car instead of a line on an invoice. Every wheel goes back on torqued to spec.
On timing, we'll be straight with you. A lot of people have it done with an oil service because the car is already in the air, which is a sensible way to remember it. If your owner's manual gives a rotation interval, that's the one that wins.

Johnny's treated me perfectly on my first ever visit. I only needed a simple oil change in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I search a location social media site and Johnny earned high marks.
